The dachshund fabric is made by M'Liss from Hancock Fabrics.
To cut each of the squares I used my Big Shot and the Stampin' Up! Scallop Square die. This made it super easy!
I would like to note that I did not actually purchase her pattern; I just watched her videos on YouTube (several times).
